一、更新後無法使用?

當您遇到更新後無法使用時，請您移除樂客導航王後於App Store重新下載匯入手機。

二、定位問題?

若發生定位太久或無法定位情況，請重新開機；或請依照以下二種方式進行操作：

方法1：

(1) 開啟「定位服務」：手機→ 設定→ 定位服務→ 開啟，以及下方「樂客導航王」也要點選開啟。
(2) 選擇「全時連結」：樂客導航王→ 設定→ 定位與連線→ 將「取得定位資訊」及「定期連線取得氣象資訊」開啟「全時連結」。

方法2：

(1) 確認手機的WIFI和3G網路有開啟連線
(2) 選擇設定→ 一般→ 重置→ 重置定位服務
(3) 選擇設定→ 一般→ 重置→ 重置網路設定
(4) 重新進入樂客導航王

提醒您：開通後通常第一次的定位時間較長，請耐心等候!並請在無遮蔽物下做定位動作。若使用金屬保護殼或是車上的隔熱紙及行車紀錄器，皆有可能會影響到GPS的收發，請協助確認!
